This item is well designed, the pump sits it the water bowl which then sits on the external charging plate. A green light indicates adequate water levels, a red light indicates too low water. It runs quietly, the cats used it immediately. A narrow brush is supplied for cleaning tight spots. Very happy with it.

I have only just received this today, so no idea how long it will last. What I can say is it is super easy to put together, comes with 2 different fountain heads, arrived nearly fully charged and is whisper quiet. Has different settings and both my cat & dog drink from it with zero issues.

My cats seem to be drinking better and playing less. As I don’t leave it plugged in they don’t chew on the cord now. Only plug in when it needs to be charged. Very easy to clean is a big plus. My one complaint is I can’t find replacement filters for it. Kind of a big issue that is! Need filters!!!
