The Rated power of the Jstar4 is 15W, it can be 5V 3A, the largest voltage is 5V, so no matter how large the charger you used to charge the device, it can only accept 5V. We suggest to charge it with your phone or other wall outlet not less than 2A. Less than 2A might take little long time to charge. And too high power like 40W or 65W might have compatibility issues.
The USB output can be 18W, at 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A.
