It’s working, which is most important. Didn’t find how to switch between units. First two modes a ball and bicycle are in PSI, and other modes are in BAR. Can’t switch from PSI to BAR as it advertised. Deflation button is look suspicious, like button is here for this function but when pressed doesn’t seem it’s doing anything:-/

Very good product. Arrived very fast and well packed. I already used it to fill the tires on my motorcycle. Filled up really well …. a little noisy and give or take 1 to 2 PSI more. Fills up relatively fast. Recommend!
