The suitcase is excellent in quality and delivery was phenomenally fast! I have used this suitcase on about 5 trips so far and have gotten compliments from total strangers. I finally received my suitcase. My communication back and forth with the customer care was cordial. I have no idea why it took so long but it came with a lot of stamps on the box. he kept saying that custom was holding it up but it wasn’t customs in the US it must have been custom in china. it’s very lightweight it’s aesthetic is great I am pleased with my purchase but the process of waiting was very long not knowing if I would get it, and it was worth my money and wait. I highly recommend.
