I purchased this keyboard 14 months ago, and last night it straight up died.
Stone cold dead.
Very disappointed by the reliability.

Great keyboard. It’s turns off the RGB light pretty fast but instant response when you press any keys. A little weighted but not heavy. Nice and sturdy.

I picked this keyboard mainly because it has dedicated macro keys – but they’re *not* hardware programmable, it requires your keyboard to be plugged in for the macros to work. Also in turn, some logins prevent the macros from working as well. I was hoping for functionality like the old Gateway Anykey keyboard. Otherwise a nice build. Hot swap-able with Outemu. Magnetically attached wrist rest works amazingly well. Volume roller a nice touch. Battery life seems sufficient unplugged, haven’t had a problem with it going dead.

Great keyboard, but 4 months into using it the wireless functionality quit working. Still works with the cable plugged in but why buy wireless then?

I bought the Keyboard/Mouse combo from Redragon. Not going to lie, my expectations were set pretty low because their prices were to good to believe! Well I am in disbelief on how well this combo works and how well built it is for the money. I had some issues with the keyboard (not actually plugging it in to the computer to be able to access the settings). I got an email from customer service within a day or two. They even responded the next day asking if their help worked. Seems like they actually give a care about customers. The keyboard is very clicky and the lights are bright. I am happy as can be with my purchase.

I am happy to make the change to mechanical keyboard after using cheap old keyboards. Lighting is good, some buttons lighting is not customizable but I dont really need them to be, I only need to be able to see them on the dark. Feel is overall good, I do feel they make a little more sound than expected but not overall annoying. Good thing is switches can be exchanged as well as keycaps, it even includes a switch testing set to see if you would like another color of switches better. Volume knob is really useful and I enjoy using the wrist rest it includes. It being a Hybrid keyboard that can be used wireless and wired for this pricepoint is pretty good and do not regret the purchase at all.

I don’t like redragon mouse because the one I bought had a sensor issue. But I really like their keyboard. This is 3rd one I purchased from them. I also tried out more well-known expensive brands but I couldn’t find big differences other than price.
I’ve been using this new keyboard for 2 weeks now and overall I really like it. The typing sound is great and I was surprised that stabilizers were lubed like high-end keyboards. But some switches were defected so I had to replace them with the extra switches that came along. If your shift bar, enter key, back space bar or caps key has a mushy feeling and doesn’t react fast enough it’s because of the bad switch so just change it. Also, I changed the keycaps to make it prettier.

Just to set this straight first, I am not a PC gamer. I’m playing on Xbox and I wanted a keyboard that I could use for playing any games on Xbox using KB&M support. This one caught my eye because of its versatility with being able to sport a wired or wireless connection since I was still on the fence about how I wanted my setup to be at the time. All of the other features this keyboard offers is what kept my attention hooked. The only complaint I have which is more of a complaint for me and has nothing to do with the product’s quality is that I can’t really use any of the special features of this keyboard since I don’t have a windows computer to access the software with, which happens to be a .exe file. But other than that, highly recommend this one.
– keys feel clicky and easy to type with
– wrist rest is a great addition
– comes with macros, which I’ll be using later
– cool rgb customization
– I’ve heard great things about the level of customization the software offers for this KB too

It’s a good keyboard for the price. The replacement switches come in handy when there’s a faulty switch if you don’t have your own.

Really nice keyboard! The key board is solid and almost no flex. The battery lasts a while and I have the cord under my desk so charging is quick. I only use it in wireless mode and only got lag issues when the battery is low (entire key board starts flashing).
My only cons are three:
1. The macro buttons on the left and be accesentally pressed with my hand as I have big hands and the macros by default and the F keys 1 through 10 so having F5 by control causes things to refresh.
2. The software doesn’t work over wireless so I have to plug it into the computer and update the RGB and macros. Luckily you only have to do this once as the stuff is saved once you unplug, so not a huge deal.
3. The few other macro keys don’t light up, which is not a deal breaker but weird.
The 3 cons, to me, are minor and I’m very pleased with the keyboard.

Good feel, works well, no noticeable delay. Software only works when the keyboard is cabled, but that’s not really a problem. No “bump” on the “S” key so when you move your fingers around during play it’s harder to get back into correct position without taking your eyes off the screen.

I love this! I’m so happy this exist! I love my extra keys and they make such a huge difference! I especially love that it’s wireless and if you need to use a wire, you can just plug the wire that comes with it and game that way, too! I got this for nearly $60 and it’s honestly worth it.

I bought this for everyday use. I like that it’s chunky, responsive, and wireless. The keystrokes are nice, the included wrist rest is perfect for me, and it has a lot of fun bells and whistles.
The first one I bought had a minor issue with keys not registering, but the Redragon customer service team were extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly and without fuss.

1 charge life is poor
2 wireless connection is buggy

The keyboard comes with many features like led RGB with many modes that you can choose. The scroll for the volume or brightness and the macro keys are quite a lot to spare. The depth of each key is acceptable, and the signal from wireless mode is a plus point. They did not tell you that if you want to customize the RGB or input the macro keys, you have to download it from the Redragon website, and the app only recognizes your keyboard in a WIRED mode, not in wireless mode. Also, the receiver must put in the transfer port, not the USB A mode; otherwise, lagging will appear. Last but not least, the keyboard is somehow attracted to dust even when you use a wet wipe to clean it every day.

TKL + Macro keys is a unicorn in the keyboard world, so kudos to the mfrs for making this. First off, I’m using this wired, so don’t expect feedback on wireless functions here.
When I first got the keyboard, the M key was not working. I pulled the switch and replaced it with one of the sample switches they provided, so it was very fortunate for them that they sent 2 extra switches or I would be asking for a refund.
The software to configure the macro keys is good, no issues with it. Simple layout and works as you’d expect.
The brightness of the backlight is not super bright. Bright enough for me because I don’t really care about backlight. I really just bought this for TKL+Macro.
Spinny wheel works fine. I like it. The palm wrest is just solid plastic. Magnetic attachment is neat, but since it’s just plastic, my palms get wet and sweaty. Don’t know if I’ll keep using it.
Lastly, an option for other switch types would be nice. I really don’t like red, so now I have to find some blues to replace these.

When I first got this keyboard I noticed that the Outemu keyswitches were touchy and could be triggered just by having my fingers resting on the keyboard in a manner that didn’t bother any of the other mechanical keyboards I have.
After a couple months of ownership I can state that the activation force of the keyswitch isn’t a big deal in overall use. However the way the keys regularly bottom out during typing and will sometimes activate if I don’t lift my fingers enough while reaching for different keys makes typing with any real speed a real issue for me. On top of that I had never realized how much I’d come to rely on the numpad for repetitive numeric entry (such as when going to make an online purchase) until I was using a keyboard that lacked one.
For the lack of “full size” options and the choice of a very, very light activation force keyswitch with no factory options for heavier, I’ve marked this down by 1 star on the overall rating and 1 star for the “quality of material” feature rating.
Overall a nice keyboard, but one that is likely to cost a bit more overall to upgrade the switches and make sure it will survive.

The keyboard looks good and it’s sturdy. I only have a problem when using it as a wireless keyboard. There’s latency when pressing ctrl, shift or alt in keyboard shortcuts and the macro keys as well

This is a great Wireless keyboard. Good feel has some have to it and works well.
However, I do have two small complaints. I use it with a home theater PC that is basically running my entertainment system. I had to shift my computer around a little bit because it was slightly too far away and it wouldn’t always pick up keystrokes. Also there is no flashing lights from the RGB or indicator that your battery is low. Other than that I absolutely love this keyboard and I am very happy with the purchase but that is why I took one star off.

This was the final keyboard I ended up keeping after 3 others. It’s exactly what I wanted. I like a slight key clicking noise. I do not like low profile keys. This keyboard is standard height keys.
I ultimately decided against wireless options due to charging/battery issues, and a slight lag. This corded version was exactly what I was looking for. The rainbow fade of colors is noticeable even in good lighting

The hand rest is very comforting when speeding through the keys strokes. The keys have an indentation that cradles the finger tips and allows for precise centering. The key lights are adjustable and clearly viewed. The F and J key have a slight
All I can say is this was an excellent purchase. Arrived very fast, pricing was excellent on Tarchim.

Overall the keyboard is excellent especially when you consider the price. The keys feel very comfortable and solid and have a better feel than my much more expensive Logitech G915 with keys that tend to rattle and I can do about 50 WPM in typing test which is comparable to the G915. Wireless is flawless although I did experience some quirky behavior that I think was due to plugging accidentally plugging it into a USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.0. My one criticism is that the software and battery is weak hence 4 stars. Both can get the job done, but the software only works in wired mode and I have yet to figure out how to check the battery life either with lights on the keyboard or in the software. Not a deal breaker, but poor when compared to other wireless keyboards. Other than that, I can highly recommend this keyboard. Take advantage of the macro keys; they work great.

The English part of the manual is not written by an English first language person, there are conjugation errors, but it is mostly understandable. Don’t need to download the software, this was good for me because I’m using the Vishnu on a work computer and our security team has kittens if we download unapproved software. Cycled through all 18 color schemes, didn’t like the constant motion in the color schemes, just wanted a solid color, like my beloved Perixx, but I wanted a shorter keyboard, without a number pad. So, on the Vishnu, basically it’s “FN ->” to set a solid color, but you need to find a benign color scheme first because “FN ->” doesn’t work if you first pick a scheme in the “FN End” range, I think I selected something in the “FN PgDn” range and then “FN ->” suddenly started working, but don’t hold me to that, anyway if you play around with it, “FN ->” will work eventually and it cycles through solid colors that don’t strobe or blink or do anything but be a solid color. I like purple. Sigh, that was a challenge. Then, on one of the Vishnu review videos, somebody suggested setting a G button to “copy” and another G button to “paste”, so I set out to do that. As another reviewer here said, the “record” button is actually the FN button. So, I started up Word, typed some garbage, held down FN and hit G1. G1 blinked. With my mouse, I clicked on “copy”, then ended the record, with FN/G1 combo. This did nothing. G1 did not copy. Yes, most of you know my mistake. I needed to record the keyboard equivalent of a copy mouse click, which was CTRL/C. So then FN/G1, CTRL/C, FN/G1. G1 lit up green and henceforth did a copy. FN/G2, CTRL/V, FN/G2, G2 lit up green and henceforth did paste. There was a bit of lag on the paste, maybe because I did the recording in the middle of the night so I couldn’t see the keys very well, the recording mode turned off the backlighting of the keys I needed to press, so I fumbled around under lamp lighting, wasting some seconds. I’m going to rerecord in daytime, when I can see the keys. Sigh, another challenge.

I purcased the first keyboard and the G1-G3 keys would only light up green. I contacted product support on a Friday morning and by Thursday the following week I had not heard anything from them. I returned it and bought another and this one works great, you dont need to hit the keys for them to work. The software is very easy to use and makes the led lighting pretty neat. I enjoy using this product.
