Didn’t know what to expect when buying a product this cheap. But I was pleasantly surprised. Fitted perfectly into my running shoes and was very comfortable compared to the inner soles that came with the shoes. Very happy with the purchase. I didn’t run any faster but I can’t blame that on the insoles.
