I like to buy new brands, I like the color and touch screen, but DIDN’T WORK, ITS JUST KEEP WARM THE FOOD FOR 5 HOURS 😏. waste of money, better buy rhe know brand. I got fullish by the color and style. Now is a kitchen towels storage 🤭🤣

I have seen several reviews on this slow cooker saying it’s amazing so I finally caved when my Pioneer Woman slow cooker broke. I absolutely love this product! There’s a place to hold the lid and also a cord saver in the back. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I purchased 3 of the DB slow cookers as gifts including one for myself. My meals did not cook, there must be a heating element failure, after attempting to cook several meals at different times the meals were raw after cooking them for 6hours on high! They need to recall them and fix the problem! The one’s I gifted had the same response as my outcome! I was looking forward to replacing my small appliances to the Drew Barrymore collection, however I am not in fear of the same outcome! Very disappointed, save your money!

Received my item. Box looks like it had been submerged in water. Buy the time I got it, it was damp and the package literally fell apart. The crockpot its self was in good condition. Inside package didn’t look wet. But the shipping box and the original box was wet. Added pictures.

The lid handle arrived broken. It is plastic. I attempted to just super glue it back together instead of dealing with a return/exchange, but this caused the screw to strip the plastic “arms” from inside the lid handle. It was packaged well in the manufacturers box and the shipping box, both of these had no visible damage so I am unsure what could have caused the lid handle to break, and this does not speak well to the quality of the overall product. I am unable to speak on the function of the item as I am unable to use it as intended.

As with the microwave, it’s very aesthetically pleasing and I love how the keypad disappears when the unit is off. They give you two of the lid holders, which is nice! Works beautifully, no complaints!

It’s pretty but I was disappointed that the white outter shell is plastic! Looks high end in pictures online but cheap in person. Also the white part got super hot to touch when I was using it on high. So hot that I don’t feel it’s safe. It should not get that hot to where you can not touch it.

The color is gorgeous. I love the additional options for meat, soup, chili, etc and also has a timer up to 24 hrs when placing on high, low, or warm. The added lid holder is nice and it also has a spot to wrap the cable when not in use! The large capacity is great!!
