Oh my word! This is the best ice cream I have ever had in my life! I used one of the recipes in the book to make peanut butter ice cream and it turned out amazing! This does not even taste like regular ice cream but more like frozen custard because it is so creamy and smooth.
It took me about 15 minutes to mix up the ingredients. Then, I kept them in the fridge overnight and also had the container in the freezer for 36 hours. I poured the ingredients in the container this morning and turned on the auto setting to ice cream for 25 minutes. Once it was done, I lifted the paddle with the ice cream stick to it and put the ice cream in a container I bought. I had a little left so had to put it in a bowl and have it for breakfast!
Buy this and don’t think twice. It is truly the best ice cream and so easy.

Husband loves ice cream He was recently diagnosed with Diabetes 2, and through proper diet, has it under control! (off meds now). He was really down when first trying to learn how to eat differently. I surprised him with this ice cream maker, and some recipes for diabetic ice cream. Now, each weekend, we make 2-4 quarts for the week. We’ve mastered vanilla bean, chocolate and recently – the best butter pecan we’ve ever had!! Watch out Ben and Jerry!!

This is an awesome ice cream maker. Someone suggested that you go in regularly and shove the thickening ice cream from gathering on the dasher and making large ice crystals. I admit this is the only way I have used this machine and have been completely happy with the results. This is going to be a problem. I didn’t eat ice cream much before getting this machine. Now…………….dammit.

This machine is the best ever!! It’s so simple to use and and the cream or sorbet comes out perfect! You do have to freeze the inside bowl over night but just plan ahead. This would also make a fabulous gift!

After buying expensive ice cream makers that had compression systems to chill icecream and bowl. Skipped the having to freeze bowl step. Once ice cream gets thick paddle cannot withstand the thickness and stops spinning.
That being said, this ice cream maker geniusly has the bowl spin! The only model that worked!!! The paddle sits in it while bowl spins!

Once you don’t hear water slushing it’s ready depending on how cold your freezer is, took 4 hours!

First scoops are like dipping out soft serve ice cream and what we have left goes into the freezer and a day later the ice cream is still creamy. Chocolate is great from the container but will be much harder after sitting in the freezer. Get your mix worked out so you don’t over fill the container, expansion. Glucose! I don’t know why my sugar is so high doctor. I scream, you scream, y’all will all scream for more of this ice cream.

This ice cream maker has become such a hit in our household. We use it at least weekly, but usually more. The fact that we can make our own ice cream/gelato and we know exactly what’s going into it has made us a lot more comfortable enjoying our sweet treats. It only takes about 20 minutes and you have delicious ice cream ready to be enjoyed. I really like the recipe book that came with it as well. It’s really easy to clean and quite compact for what it is. I love that the cord fits right back inside the main body.
