I suppose the drill bits are not milled to the proper thickness. Very tight fit within the holes to the factor I had to run then thru with lube the fist time to widen the holes, and i also have to use lube and pliers to get the collar on. timber inserts perfectly suit in 1′ thick boards. I want both collars used the same length wrench. directions are sort of a joke

This jig seems to make first-rate holes, but after drilling the first one I noticed tiny metallic shavings in the sawdust. I tried two extra holes with the identical consequences. i am hoping the business enterprise sees this and tells me how to restore it. i’m sure it is an awesome product and i’m both doing some thing incorrect, or there has been a production hiccup and they are able to fix it for me.
