There is static on the headphones and crackling. The headphones only last about 2 hours for use. I was hoping to use at bedtime to sleep, but they don’t last hardly any time at all.

I’m really happy with the fit, battery life and sound quality. It paired really easily with my apple devices. The instructions could be more detailed, I went to the website to get additional instructions. When I ordered the ear buds it said 2 weeks for delivery but came a week early, so that was nice too.

Very low volume, even at high. Battery life very low (5 hrs) guess because of the small size. They do fit in ear or side sleeping but I have 2 issues. 1 – sometimes it hits the button on the top and stops audio playback. 2 – poor battery life (again IMO)

These earbuds are extremely comfortable and sound great but the 6 hrs of listening time that the item description states isn’t correct. In a full charge, the listening time is 4 hrs and it takes 1hr to obtain a full charge.

I fully charged the headphones and after being on the phone for 1 and a half hours, they died. They also don’t fit snug in the ear.

I bought these for their slim profile and the contour. I hate the way earbuds look sticking out and often times having something pressing into my ear canal simply hurts too much. These check all the boxes and are surprisingly comfortable. The fit is great, they don’t come loose, and they don’t stick out. Even better, the sound is good but also does not occlude my hearing to the point that I miss everything around me. I can comfortably lay on my side with these in and because of the way these are seated, it’s not bothersome at all. The small charging case is great for storage and gives a readout of the amount of charge left. The charge lasts a long time too. Highly recommend this product!!!
