    I like the vest, but my proportions are apparently different than they would expect someone with that size of a waist to have. The stomach fits (it’s just a barely loose) but the straps are very loose. Works okay. Not sure if the smaller size would have been better to get but then would be tight around my mid section.

    This is the perfect addition to your sweat game! Wash in the washer and hang dry. Helps take inches off in little time. Wear the and you will sweat like in a sauna without the steam. Follow washing instructions and this will last you until you need a smaller size.

    This one I would say is every comfortable. It’s tight enough but also allows air with it being wider at the wrist. It does not stick to you while you are working out and that great so doing upper body workouts you doing get that pulling sensation when having to raise your arms. What would be nice if there was like an inch added to the length. Overall a good product and gets the job done.
