Like seriously, this keyboard case is all aluminum…bottom, top and sides, and weighs much more than I was initially expecting.
Visually, this is a stunning keyboard. The blue finish of the aluminum is clean, as is the engraved Redragon logo (though, I personally always prefer minimal branding). The gradient keycaps are clean with crisp legends, though the wall thickness is on the thinner side. The lighting is also where this keyboard shines (pun intended). The backlighting is colorful and vibrant, as you would hope, but the backlit acrylic inlay around the perimeter is not something I’ve seen before and it’s beautiful. According to the mode or color, that inlay can give the board a different feel from cyberpunk to sci-fi to professional and aside from the all aluminum case, it is one of the main reasons to purchase this keyboard.
However, the typing experience is just average. The linear red switches are average. The stabilizers are lubed, but are also just average. Nothing really good or bad to say as far as the typing feel goes, just average, which is a shame because the board looks like it should feel more premium. Ok, I do have one bad thing to say, my space bar sounds awful. Most of the board sounds a bit clacky, with the all of the aluminum and sound damping materials, but my space bar sounds like a balsa wood drumstick. The sound by itself isn’t terrible, per se, but it is a stark contrast to the rest of the keys; very hollow and dead sounding. It could be fixed with a better keycap set and/or some sound damping material added to the space bar itself, but it’s worth noting how it sounds out of the box.
I hesitate to give this keyboard 5 stars, more like 4.5 if I could do that. But, at it’s current price point for an all aluminum keyboard, is a pretty good value.

this is a really pretty keyboard, and it feels great to type on even with the kinda mid-tier switches included (glad this can be hotswapped, because they feel a little mushy!). the keyboard itself is very quality, being nice and weighty thanks to being aluminum. they keycaps look and feel lovely. the rgb on this has a pretty good variety to pick from, and the outer ring lights operate independently of the ones under the keys. overall, this will be great regardless of if you customize it or not.

Not my first Redragon keyboard or peripheral. I have had great success with their other keyboard and mouse in the past, and this was no different. Heavy duty, great feel to the touch, and the switches are as advertised. Precision typing with the right amount of feedback. I swapped to this keyboard because I was looking for a full size, and I was not disappointed. The moment you unbox it and feel it’s substantial weight, you know it’s probably high quality, and after months of using it, it certainly has proven itself next to higher priced keyboards. The RGB is easy to change within the app, with some very fun settings. Highly recommend trying Redragon products.

This keyboard has real good weight to it. You just know by picking it up that it’s a well built keyboard. The ease of switching caps is a big plus. I really like this a lot! Definitely recommended

This is a whale of a keyboard. Like, it’s heavy.
All aluminum frame with a good bit of heft.
Thick foams for sound absorption.
Wired with RGB hot swappable switches.
Multi tone blue keycaps with shine through.
All in all it’s a great board if you like fullsize. It is big and it is heavy but it is so nice. I love it honestly. The whole color scheme is really cool, basically white keys on top and darker blue keys on bottom.
I’ve never gotten a redragon board I didn’t like. They are all well made. If you are looking for fullsize and all kinds of blue, this might be your board.

The keyboard is an excellent product for the price range that it would fall into. Other keyboards of similar cost are much less sturdy and rarely have hot-swap features. Like other Red Dragon products, this keyboard is built like a tank and is quite heavy due to its metal frame. The frame is held together by six side screws and only requires a Phillips head screwdriver to disassemble. The default switches actuation distance is standard if not a bit longer. This makes the keyboard good for gaming but not the most optimal. However, the only players that would notice something like that are looking to min/max their gaming setups. This can be solved later if you choose to by swapping out the keys. The board is more raised than I was accustomed to because I previously used a low-profile keyboard. This made getting comfortable with his keyboard a bit of an annoyance but would be less of an inconvenience if you are swapping over from a traditional keyboard. I found the ergonomics of the keyboard to be its weakest aspect because of its height. My wrists would feel strained if the keyboard was using the stands and even when I wasn’t using the stand I found it much more comfortable to pair the keyboard with a wrist rest. The RGB functions of the keyboard work properly but strobed too often and were too bright for my taste so I went with a static color option but that comes entirely down to preference.

This is such a super high quality keyboard I was not expecting it to be so good. Wonderful feeling keys with hot swappable mechanical switches, excellent RGB (especially after installing the software for this specific keyboard) and super heavy duty metal frame. Looks fantastic and the feel of it is better than my Corsair K100 in my opinion. Honestly. Lol was expected acceptable but I got Superb! I’m a believer, Love it!

Great for gamers, I love how it changes colors and the solidity of it. Great color, too. I really enjoy using this keyboard for gaming, more than others I’ve tried.

Redragon has been stepping their game up for a while now, and this is another great example of their commitment to quality!!! This thing is absolutely amazing and if it was from one of the bigger names it would easily go for twice the price. First off, you have the all-aluminum casing for nice solid feel and great acoustics. This thing is solid you could drop it off your desk all day long without any worries lol. The rgb strip that goes around the perimeter of the board is different and gives it a nice unique look. The board is hotswap so you can throw in whatever switches you like, but I will say that the red switches it comes with are smooth and sound good. You could easily take them out and give them a good lube job for a near perfect experience. The hotswap sockets are north facing so keep that in mind when looking at keycaps. The stabilizers are some of the nicest stock stabilizers out there and with the right lube I wouldn’t even replace them as mine came balanced almost perfectly. The board comes with foam inserts already installed so there is no empty hollow space, which provides great acoustics. The keycaps look decent, but do not have the best sound profile to them. At this price point though they can be replaced so easily that it really doesn’t matter. I currently have close to 50 different mechanical keyboards around my house from all different manufacturers high end to budget friendly. This keyboard is in the top 15 of all my boards with less than $50 worth of parts and a couple hours of work. I seriously cannot recommend it enough this board is amazing, and you will not find a better deal.

My wife is getting annoyed at how many mechanical keyboards I have, so I got the Redragon wired Bluesiren keyboard for my daughter. While it is not a super high-end keyboard, it is nice and she likes it a lot. The keyboard has a good weight – the aluminum case makes it very sturdy. The switches have a good feel to them. The backlighting is nice with a thin RGB ring around the edge of the keyboard. We haven’t tried to adjust the RGB lighting because she is good with the preset lighting.
Of course, one of the first things my daughter noticed is that it is a nice soft blue color with keys that have a pastel like ombre effect. She likes that the keyboard does not move around because of the weighted frame, and she has commented that she likes the response of the mechanical keys and ease of use. She uses it as her main keyboard for school and gaming – and has been really happy with it.

I’d say this gaming keyboard was worth buying and I am glad that I bought it. The custom purple switches from redragon sounds very nice. Better than the blue switches. Typing on this keyboard feels nice. But the led light on the keyboard is kind of bright. Playing a relaxing game with this keyboard feels good. Overall this a great keyboard.

Love the touch on these mechanical keys. Great compact size with all the full size keys. Would buy again and highly recommend.
That said, the hubs does not care for the layout, but loves everything else about it. Just something to evaluate for your preferences.

I fell in love with this as soon as I unboxed it!! Colors are divine. Does the clicky sounds I wanted. Feels good to type in. LED gives it a nice touch smooth touch. Overall it is a eye stopper in my desk at work. I get nonstop comments of it. I definitely enjoy typing and doing my work in my desk now.

There was some lag in wireless mode but BT works well
Some of the keys didn’t register properly initially but did after some use.
Keys have almost no resistance and take some getting used to.
Keys are loud clicky.
I needed a wireless keyboard if I were getting wired I would get something else.
This can be directly wired through usb port.
I’m very happy overall with this purchase.

I really liked this keyboard. It worked great. I wanted to change the color scheme so I downloaded the software from Redragon. It was very difficult to download and Norton security kept going off. When the software was installed the keyboard went dead. Customer service is great. They tried to help me install the firmware but I could not get it to download. Redragon customer service offered to give me a new one.
I sent the original back to Amazon and ordered a new one. I will not install the software, but will use the button on the keyboard to apply any functions.

I bought this keyboard thinking it would work for me in my office for regular office work, not for gaming, and for the price I pay I was thinking I was going to be happy, well, it wasn’t for me. I kept hitting every key that I didn’t want to. Also, it is not bright unless the keyboard is in a completely dark room. The keyboard is a nice size but the keys are small for my fingers. Is kinda loud but not so much of a clicky sound which that’s what I wanted. The RGB lights are great but it doesn’t show on the keys when the light is on. So after buying it, I returned it the next day.

This is an amazing keyboard! It looks even better in person. The only thing this company needs to do now is make a matching mouse with the same color scheme! The only thing missing is a wrist rest. Now maybe my Steam Deck or PS5 controller is having drift issues or I’m just not used to how sensitive the keys are but I did notice that in game I was playing with it I would get input as if I was pressing the WASD keys when I wasn’t it would only happen when I pushing the keys.

Robert Hanson –
Looks amazing has a blue gradient patterned design. Compact with multiple connection options. Clicky and almost empty feel, when you press a key it immediately strikes the switch and metal backplate with no resistance at all. It is surprisingly heavy despite how it looks largely due to metal backplate under keys. Overall its a good looking keyboard that is worth trying.

Works great. Only thing I don’t like is the DEL key on the number pad you have to turn the num lock off to use. The backlight also isn’t very bright, but not an issue for me.

The keyboard i had first received did not work. I went straight to Redragon and wrote an email. After some troubleshooting, they sent me a new one that works fully as it should.

Crystal DeCaro –
A great beginner mechanical keyboard! Great sound and solid build. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get into keyboards! Only downside is the software download for more control on the rgb and keys gave me some issues to download onto my computer. McAfee and Windows Defender had to be deactivated to download and open the file. Then Webroot said I got a trojan virus from thsi somewhere but it was just the Audio recorder which Webroot then deleted and it Redragon kept having this annoying popup that said they could not find the audio recorder file because it was deleted. I will try redownloading this later when I want to change up my boards color layout! Overall though, even with these technical difficulties with the software, it does not detract from how great this keyboard is!

I’ve overpaid for countless keyboards that are also great but this keyboard offers the best combination of features, feel, and looks of all for 1/2 to 1/3 of the price. Bluetooth and wireless options is icing on the cake as it allows me to use the keyboard seamlessly on 2 different devices simply by switching the output mode.

This keyboard is my first time upgrading from a standard keyboard. I work from home 8+ hours a day. I have never had issues with my Dell keyboard, but I decided to upgrade to see if it would make a difference. It does 100%. This keyboard is smooth and easy to use. It’s really sturdy and feels quality. The lights can be turned off and brightness can be adjusted. It’s rechargeable and has multiple ways to connect to your computer/laptop. I’ve only had for a work day but I already find it a very good upgrade.

When I received this board, I knew right away I was going to like it. The weight was hefty and when I unboxed it the look was very nice, and the aluminum was very solid and didn’t feel cheap. The whole body is aluminum with a beveled edge which gives it a nice silver shine around the edge of the entire board. It comes with a nice white USB-C cable and flip up feet with a very rubbery boot on the feet.
Now, it came with Red Dragon linear red switches that I didn’t feel the need to lube at all, along with a bout 6 extras in case you have one go bad which is a nice touch. The stabilizers were pre-lubed, but some better than others so I had to shoot a little in them with a flat tip large syringe, but they had no rattle at all. The keycaps were very nice PBT caps. The color faded quite nice, and the overall look was something I didn’t find necessary to change. I kept this board completely stock and is my daily driver at my office. Another nice touch is that this PCB is a 3 or 5 pin, so you’re not limited on the pin you decide to go with if you want to mod this up. My only complaint about this board is that it doesn’t come in white.

I got this for my computer at work, since the old one that was here doesn’t feel as good as my keyboard at home. I got this on sale and it’s been worth every penny. I get compliments on it daily, and I actually like typing on this one more than my more expensive Corsair one at home. The keys feel very nice to type on and they aren’t too noisy for a workspace. I also love the gradient keycaps, and I paired this keyboard with an artisan coiled cable from cablemod. They make a beautiful pairing.

I use this keyboard for general computing and gaming. The only draw back is that it is NOT silent (I ordered the silent red keys), not blue switch clickey loud though. The RGB is fun to play with, and there is a disable the windows key function (nice during high pressure gaming like trials/raids). I have a blue theme going on in my studio/office and this fits the vibe perfectly. Nice job on this Red Dragon!

Absolutely love this keyboard. It’s heavy and well made. I have tried countless brands of keyboards, most of them much more expensive and this is the best one I’ve ever used. It’s quiet and comfortable to use. Highly recommend for gaming and for work!

Wow. Incredible value! This keyboard feels like an expensive one but at such a great price. The clacking noise, the weight, and the color of the keycaps are beautifully made. I can switch between wired, wireless, or Bluetooth. I downloaded the software offered by redragon on their website, and now I can even customize the lights. Works wonderfully. I love that they included a keycap removal tool and extra switches. The battery life is pretty good too. This was such a great price for a high quality keyboard. I think this will be my brand for any future keyboards.
