I ordered this a few weeks ago, and the product did not work well. It was a bit sputtery and intermittently stopped responding. I was disappointed because I liked the aesthetics of the product. I left a disappointed review and figured I would order one that was a bit more expensive. Redragon saw my review and offered to send me a new one. I received the new mouse today, and as of now, it seems to be working very well.

I don’t fault a company for sending a product that is not working properly, it happens, sometimes QA misses one, or it may have gotten damaged in the mail. But there is absolutely no substitute for the kind of top-notch customer service I’ve received.

this isn’t the first Reddragon product I have purchased, and it will not be the last.

Wireless connection is pretty smooth with only the occasional hiccup, and it’s pretty great wired, charging at the same time. Pretty great for gaming and office work alike.
Pretty durable, only had the occasional drop, and I’ve been going strong for 3 months as of writing this, no issues.

I gopt this as an upgrade from my old red dragon mouse that came as a mouse and keyboard combo. The keyboard is great, but the mouse only can go red and only has basic features. This one has many things that I was looking forward too. The macro, the colors, and maybe the speed. When I tested this mouse, I found out that it was decentally laggy wireless, but I really liked the fact that there were programable colors, since my mouse didn’t have that. It became way better than myold mouse, though once I plugged it in derectly to my computer. It was perfectally smooth and stuff. Overall, 5 stars.

My first customizable mouse. The software was Easy to install, very sick, small download-no bloat ware like advertisements. I especially like how I can pause my movie with the press of my thumb on this mouse. I work from home a lot and work of of several screens, one being a tv/streaming apps like paramount for background noise. I can start and stop with my thumb! Excellent color array, choice of brightness, and modes of lighting. Probably a lot more but I stopped customizing once I found what I like. Highly recommend. I have no comparison to make other than a standard default mouse. I do not regret my purchase.

I purchased the Redragon mechanical keyboard first, and loved it so much that I purchased this mouse to go with it. I really like that you can use it plugged in OR as a wireless mouse. Most of the time I leave it plugged in so I don’t have to worry about charging the battery. The programmable buttons are really easy to program and use, and the design is ergonomical and comfortable. The Redragon products seem to be very high quality. I have had no problems with them so far. I highly recommend.

Very good for the price. Only problem is it arrived a little scuffed.

I really enjoy this mouse. I have no idea how to locate it again, but I can confirm that there is indeed software for this mouse to configure the LEDs and button mapping.

Thumb rest is great. I like the auto power off feature (click to wake). Wish there was more material for the ring/pinky finger. Good value.

It’s a great mouse move well, great mouse clicks. Only issue is I have big hands and if I’m gaming I tend to have to stack my ring finger on my pinky since there’s no support for them. Awhile the pain adds up but it’s only when my hand is tensed. But all in all amazing

  13. Ken’s Marine

I don’t use it wirelessly as my computer stays on full time – however, it responds very quickly to all actions and when I do use it for games, the hot keys work great as well! Very pleased for the price.

Don’t let the price fool you. Yes, it is a little cheaper made but not that noticeable after using it for a couple of days. I previously had an expensive Logitech mouse that died way sooner than it should have.

If you compare the 2 side by side, obviously the more expensive mouse will be better quality. But, I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and I’m super stoked with it. The only issue I had with it was the black part of the inside of the scroll wheel is actually stickers, and on one side the sticker was coming off a little. Instead of returning it, I decided to use a pair of tweezers and gently remove the sticker.

Very happy with it overall and would purchase again.

I’ve had this mouse for *over* two years at the time of this review. I adore this mouse. Cheep, and fits nicely in my hand, buttons work amazingly.. I may need to get a new one soon as I lost the part that holds the battery in place, but I’m happy to get this mouse again. Absolutely recommend

Mouse arrives in a convenient plastic container and fits well against my hand. Cursor movement is smooth and everything seems to work well. Slight detraction from 5 stars because the original mouse I ordered was defective, but Red Dragon customer support was quick to reply to my problem and helped in replacing the defective mouse

Before I get into this be aware that I am using the default drivers in Windows 11 and not using the Red Dragon software. Likes: uses a single battery, you can turn the LED lights off, the two tone red and black colors, it has a little bit of weight to it but not much. Really like: The clicks on the buttons and scroll wheels is great. Could be betters: the plastic is a bit slick and would be nice if had some more grip, it is a hair small for my hand but not far off from my favorite Logitech, it goes to battery save mode a little quick, I wish there was a DPI button choice around the 3200 dpi level (you may be able to change this in software though). Anyway, a couple of days in and it’s is working good and feels close enough to my old Logitech 602 that I plan on keeping it as my daily work mouse.

The front button on the side is moderately sensitive. But other than that it works like a charm. Worth the money

  26. Rodejo

After about 30 mins the mouse started lagging severely. So I put it on the charger for a few hours and came back later. Went to use it again after letting it fully charge and it was still occasionally lagging. It would be slightly excusable if I were doing anything else other than gaming. But for gaming it’s vital not to have ANY lag from your mouse.

  27. Rafael M. Rosal

Have yet to change the battery and I’ve had it for two months with daily use. The design is ergonomic and the gaming buttons work well. I’m a casual PC gamer so I don’t use it a lot for gaming but it comes in handy to have that capability.
