the volume, connection, going in and out, blasted my ears while pairing, the pointy end is making my ears hurt. I move my head and volume gets louder then less, but presently really hurting my ears.

This seems like a good product, but you can’t leave it in while sleeping unless you do not take bathroom breaks in the middle of the night. The pairing is loud and jarring when you walk away from your device and when you return to bed.

Buyer be aware.
They do NOT stay in the ear over night. And on a full charge they do NOT maintain a full charge. They also turn themselves off / unpair in the middle of the night.
