    To quote the great Towlie. It's like walking on sunshine. Great for high arches and helps with some knee pain. I feel like my feet actually have support and thre is added comfort.

    These are very comfortable and definitely helps with fatigue prevention. But they have hard plastic on the bottom so they squeak and are very noisy when you walk. So, as long as you're not trying to be a ninja then you will be happy with these

    My feet have been aching and hurting even during my road work. Got these today and tried them for my run and I felt great! Also distributes your weight off your heel which definitely helps the technique of your runs too.

    I’ve been wearing them for about 2.5 weeks now, YES they are great in the respect my feet don’t hurt as bad anymore. They’ve helped with swelling and pain in the mornings, but in that time they’ve also made my feet stink. My feet never had an odor before, they’ve hurt and swelled and my ankles started being in pain after standing on concrete 12-13 hours a day in a warehouse, but after using these insoles, they have an absurd odor. I’m going to need to find a replacement insole because I’d rather my feet not smell or get athletes foot from it.

    I had heel pain bad and I switched out different insoles from boots and shoes I had something had to work right. I even bought very expensive insoles no luck still had pain...so as I last resort bought these an bammm!! Magic!

    These work very well for dealing with having completely flat feet as they force an arch into your foot. They support my feet well and previous sets have lasted for 2 years on average, which is pretty good. If you have issues from your flat feet, give them a try as the relief is awesome! You will have some discomfort the first few weeks from the arch support, that will go away as your foot takes on a normal, health shape. After that, just replace them as they wear out. They're easy to trim, so ordering larger than you need is okay if you have smaller feet.
