Package arrived sealed, but all of the pieces were scattered in the packaging, outside of the case. I am still confused. one of the bits is missing.

The lid had a broken clasp but that doesn't affect the actual product. The bits are a little wobbly in the base but the magnetic part does its job. Good product for the cost.
