    The app for this watch is not user-friendly. I am using it on a Samsung S20FE with Android version 13. The app/watch is unable to function with my music playback on Spotify, and the watch is not receiving/displaying text messages as advertised. I have tried to find either an app I need to download or the settings on the phone or in the app that will allow these two functions, but to no avail. I am in the process of trying to find customer service, but there is no clear way to get a hold of them. Rather disappointed.

    It’s nice only needing to charge this watch maybe once a week. It shows me who’s calling and texting and allows me to read it. The other functions work, I just don’t use them beyond the sleep tracking. Overall it does what it needs to do, also it tells time.

    Very nice for the price. The battery life is super long, and I wear this watch every day. I love all of the features. I have family that has the other brand for over $600 bucks and this one does pretty much the same thing except my batter life last a lot longer. It looks very nice as well.

    I’ve been wearing it for about three weeks so far and have no complaints. The battery lasts about 2 weeks and love that you can answer calls and texts. So far no complaints!

    I started with a Fitbit. That broke because it got wet and Fitbit did not honor the warranty because I didn’t buy it from them. Then I got 3 other cheaper phones. They all sucked because of various reasons. Then I got this Amazfit watch. I am so happy that all of the features work and the Zepp app has a ton of good info on it. It seems easy enough to get accessories. I already replaced the band. I do have to get 2 more charging cords, but I haven’t looked yet.

    I’ve had other watches such as Fitbit and Apple. They had to be charged every couple of days, if not more frequently. I have literally gone a month before needing to charge this watch again! Of course it keeps the time, but it also will keep track of your steps, as well as several other features. It is not a phone, but it will alert you when you receive a call, shows the number calling me and allows me to hang up the call without searching for me phone. For me, I find that I don’t care for the rubber band, but that’s just me.

    The battery life is great. Goes a week +…Although it doesn’t answer calls or texts, they are visible. That is all I need. The fitness tracker and the app work as expected. Can’t beat it for the price.

    I did replace the band with a cloth band because the rubber one included caused a rash in the summertime.

    An inexpensive solution to ultra expensive watches. Does the job perfectly in every sense. Covers all basic modes that you would expect in a watch. Worth it if you do not want to spend too much. Great battery life. So far no issues at all.

    I’ve had the watch for 3 months now, I’ve only used it for fitness & it works well. The battery last for 2 weeks & you can adjust on your liking. I would buy it again if I lose my watch. A lot of people I know has an Apple Watch but I call it my Apple Doop, since it looks like it. I like how the app works.

    I have used the Amazfit BIP smart watches for years- a cost effective smart watch. I track my sleep, heart rate, and exercise for a fraction of the cost of an Apple watch. I have it sync’d to my iPhone and can monitor the results either through my Apple health app or the Zepp app. I can always find my iPnone with a touch of this smart watch. I love being able to access these features for such a reasonable price. I am sold on Amazfit watches.

    Mean i guess it’s accurate… only that is annoying and questionable so far is that it disconnects from the music aspect part, so I can’t control the music apps from my phone and have to constantly reconnect… i mean it’s whatever because I like to control music from my phone rather than a watch…

    I haven’t had this watch for very long, so I’m still trying out all the functions. My opinion is that no, it’s not an Apple watch or possibly even a Samsung. What it is, however, is a terrific value that has most of the features I’d like in a usable format at like less than half the price of the big brands. This version holds a charge for up to two weeks! If you use the sleep feature or O2 meter, you’ll have to charge it more often, but it still holds a charge better than some of its competitors.

    My own criticism is that the watchband is too big, and there’s not a battery life indicator anywhere on the watch that I have found. The wristband size matters for accurate pulse and O2 readings, but that’s okay, I added an additional hole. None of these meters are for medical use anyway– on this or other smartwatches. You should verify your watch readings with home medical equipment. Since I will probably forget to charge this until it’s almost out, a battery indicator would help a lot!!

    Overall, I think that this watch and its predecessor have a lot of good and useful features! They’re probably most or all of what people actually use, for about the price of a Timex. I’m happy!!

    I use this watch daily. I work in vet med so I like to count my steps and I bought a screen protector with it that I also loved. The watch accurately tracks your steps, allows you to put personal pictures as your background, and you can connect phone calls to it. I still haven’t figured out texting but that isn’t a big deal to me. There are games you can play on it and it even connects to your phone’s Alexa.

    At first I wrote a 1 star review because the watch said it was compatible with ios 14 and up. My daughter is running ios 17. We tried and tried to get the watch to connect, even took the phone and the watch to a verizon store to get tech help. The techs phone couldn’t even find the watch. We were going to return the watch. After watching several YouTube videos on possible reasons why bluetooth wasn’t connecting we found somewhere in the phones settings it was turned off. We are pretty tech-savvy people and this fix was not obvious or a menu we would of thought to look in. 🤭 All is well and the watch is working great

    I researched Smart watches before I picked this one. I really just wanted to keep track of my sleep because I just don’t feelike I get enough. So I will start with that. This watch keeps track of REM,deep sleep, amount of time with each,it also monitors your breathing and mine is always reading at risk for both breaths and heart rate while sleeping.
    Next is keeping track of blood O2 , heart rate ,steps and it reminds you to walk and stand every hour. It seems to do a good job with this all. I keep mine on vibrate it’s a just enough for you to feel on low it really vibrants on high.
    It has weather monitoring for your area but it’s been about – 2 degrees from actual temperatures and the wind never is correct.
    It monitors a lot of other things as in exercise but I don’t use them.
    Now the phone wow it’s amazingly clear and I can hear callers perfect and they can hear me well and clear too.
    I bought pink so remember the whole watch is the same color so be sure if you want to change band color .

    This is a really nice smartwatch for the price. The huge screen is amazing and it has almost everything the Apple watch offers. What I really like about this product is the battery life. I don’t have to charge it like I had to with my Series 2 Apple watch and even if you have the current one, you’re still charging it every 18 hours. The battery on the Amazfit Bip 2 lasts around 7 DAYS! Even more depending on the use. Give this product a try, you will enjoy it!

    So to start with, I like the tracker. I have been a die hard fitbit user for 9 years. I have had 6 different trackers and all except 1 were because after about a year the fitbit malfunctioned and I was not able to reset or get it to work. After this last one failed I have sworn off Fitbit. 2 of the fitbits were purchased off ebay as a new unopened item and when they failed Fitbit would not honor the warranty even tho both of these trackers were well withing the 1 year warranty. One of which was only 4 months when it just suddenly quit and would not hold charge. Fitbit will not honor their product warranty if it is not purchased by an authorized dealer/retailer. So to be fair…The jury is still out on this tracker since I haven’t had it long enough to see how it lasts, but what I can tell you is that is is a fantastic fitness tracker and while I am still getting used to a new app this Amazfit 3 pro has all the functionality of the fitbit and the app is fine, just a little different. Battery life is super impressive as after 5 days I still have 72% charge.

    This works great as a watch a step counter. You can create your own background with a photo from your photo albumn. The batter life is great. One thing that isn’t the best is the navigation. The required use of an app to use certain features is inconvenient, but understandable given the price. There an in app store for adding a small selection of handy apps for your watch. Pretty comfortable elastic-y material for the wristband. Very large screen. Great for me since I have very large hands.
